This page lists every piece EV-A2 can wear.

EV-A2 wears one piece on her head and one on her body, and both show on her model. Choose a piece in the pockets and pick WEAR; TAKE OFF puts it back in the pockets. Each piece keeps a record of where it came from: the planet, the day, and how it was found or made.

About one wreck in three leaves a piece when you finish clearing it. Some pieces turn up broken. Picking one up teaches the recipe that repairs it at the Workbench, and it can be worn once it is repaired.
